Is your husband being charged with criminal charges by DA/police or is this something social services is doing? Is your daughter in foster care?

The social services is doing it. NO she is in my care and under house arrest. They say they dont have enough evidence the only thing they have is what our daughter has said and how they feel.... they haven't even question anyone about this. They ask him to leave the home until they can say what is going on.
