what to do

What is the name of your state?maryland
i have been living with a man for 2 years and we have a 14 month old son. things don't seem to be working out, if i leave do i walk away with nothing but my son? what options do i have?

You have the option to come back here and give us some 'facts' such as do you rent, own, what can you prove is yours and what is his, do you work does he work....

You know, a few "FACTS" never hurt.
