What to do???

What is the name of your state? North Carolina

My husband has just been informed that he may have a 13 yr old child. He has gone to the doctor and has gotten a DNA test done, but now the mother of the child willnot talk the child to go have ine done.. We are frusteratedon many levels. What do we do?

Does the child have a lEGAL father that maybe Mom is trying to now punish by taking his daughter away from him? That maybe has always thought was his and now mom is breaking up and wants legal dad out of her life, but daughter doesn't want a different daddy?

WHAT is the story. It is important to know so you know what the RIGHT thing to do may be.
