What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I came to nyc 3 years ago from Israel on a student visa after 2 years of study i applied for the OPT . my OPT ended on 9/26 and i have 2 months to leave the country. i got married on 7/29 and we field the I-130 we decieded to stop the process because we are moving to Israel. i wanted to know if we leave a few months after my opt endes will i have problems to enter the usa in a year form now?
