Question

What forms do I need

I need to know what I can do with a legal seperation and what forms I would use. I dont know if divorce is were we are ready to be but she has moved out and is seeing other people at the moment but says that there is still a chance we could get back together so my question is should I file for a legal seperation and what form would I use.

My response:

Telling you the forms you'll need is just the beginning, and is an answer that will merely engender many more questions from you. Therefore, I suggest, since you probably want to do this yourself without an attorney (big sky mistake), is go to "Big Sky Country" bookstore, and go to their Legal section, and buy a "How To" book on the subject of Divorce - - which will tell you about Separation, the forms needed, and what to do with the forms.

Good luck to you.
