| | | what if my attorney represents my ex-wife's employer? i recently found out my husband's attorney represents his ex-wife's employer for business purposes. her employer is also believed to be the father of the child she became pregnant with while she and my husband were still married. my husband was arrested for "violation of restraint orders" which had not been served on him at the time of arrest. his attorney is representing him in this case (which by the way, she has been dropped from) against the city. we can not afford to retain a new attorney until he has been awarded his $ (if any is to be awarded). what can we do to protect ourselves, if anything? |

| | | The attorney can NOT use any information from one case against another with out "Conflict of Intrest" being applied**************. which is totally unethical**************. and can be turned into the "Bar" for their actions**************.. not sure which state your in,..... but I'm sure the same applies with all states**************. | |
