My response:

It's the same in Georgia as it is for every State (with the possible exception of Kentucky because from the way "Stacks" tells it, you only need to be 12 years old).

Unless you're an emancipated minor, then the legal age is 18 years of age - - unless you have your parent(s) permission; e.g., you go away to school in another State.

oh

i read somewhere that it was 17 in ga. thanks, anyone else have any info on this?
