What are my rights? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I live in Tennessee, but my question is in regards to California. I recently requested all of my transcripts from high school be sent to me, including attendance, registration, grades, etc. I attended a Catholic high school in Ojai Valley, which is in California. I was told by the authority at this school that any information that pertains to the time I spent at this school is unavailable to me because my father, who is now deceased, had requested that it be sealed to any and everyone. Would it be possible for me to obtain these records anyway? |

| Possible?? Yes. Retain an attorney in California to pursue access to the school records.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
