What rights do I have?If I am heading for divorce and found out via dna testing that my child is not mine, what rights do I have? Partner does not know yet. |

| What is the name of your state? How old is the child? How was the DNA test performed? What do you want to do -- do you want to be the child's parent? And when you say PARTNER do you mean WIFE? Or is this a same sex marriage?
