what should she do?

What is the name of your state?Texas my sister inlaw doesn't have legal status in the US but her husband does,he is married to two ladiesand has kids from both of them he locks her up and abuses her oldest son they are home schooled because he believes other kids should not talk to his kids because they are not muslims my question is she wants to leave him but is afraid to do so he has threaten her with a gun many times and tells her she cannot take the kids from him what should she do???

he also lied to get his US citizenship
