What will happen?I am 17 and I live in Missouri. My parents and I have agreed on emancipation as an option, since I live on my own anyway. However, a friend told me once you are emancipated you can never contact your parents and/or family again. I was just wondering if this was true. Please help me, I want to do the right thing here but I don't want my parents to miss out on being grandparents and all that goes with my future life. Should I go through with the emancipation or will it cost me my parents completely? |

Oh JeeshWho told you this... Beevis and Butthead?? Its Emancipation not the Witness Protection Program! If you and your parents are doing this together... and through the courts You can ask the questions there and get the real answers. Good luck Remember what Cat Stevens said. Its a wild world...its hard to get by just upon a smile. ![]()
