What is the name of your state?
california:
my son got involved with a woman and had 2 kids with her
she has 2 kids from 2 other men
she has stared doing drugs and is fooloing around with 2 other men now
the question is , how can we get her out of the house
my son got an attorny and got custody of his 2 kids(she didnt even show up in court)
and the rite 2 the house(renting)
now she is useing my sons home as a flop house
she leaves and just leaves her 2 kids at my sons home
she doesnt come back till 5 or 6 in the morning sometimes
my son does not want 2 have 2 b responsible 4 her 2 kids
he has told her 2 get out, and she just keeps commin back
can i leagaly move her stuff out and change the locks???
every time we tell her 2 get out she starts a fight
this is getting 2 b very hard on every 1
especialy the kids
if any 1 can give me some advice,id really appreciate it
