CALIFORNIA.

Where can I find out the laws/codes to use against a person who works in a county position that has given out my personal information to my ex? This is not in a public file. It is in a case file at the CSEA.

What can I do to protect myself against it happening again? Can I prosecute them for giving out this info which they wouldn't have gotten in the first place?

Sorry, I forgot to add that I need to know what specific codes protect me from this person giving my personal/ private information out.
