I legally married a man last year. then last month he legally changed his first, middle, and last name to reflect his new "female" status! His drivers license and medical insurance cards both state "female" now. How do I prove that I ever married him as a man? Do I put his female name and check the female box when I fill out a form? Can I be single for food stamps purposes, since my husband's name (as on the marriage certificate) no longer exists?
Also, Why is a man allowed to use the woman's restroom? His church even thinks he has always been a female! What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington state

You are still married to him though his name has chnaged -- so your husband is his new name (first, middle and last). The fact that he may be approaching a sex change does NOT void your marriage. Apparently he has not been attending said church for very long. And men are not allowed to use women's restrooms.
