Question

who is the guardian?

my boyfriends grandmother took his son after his soon to be ex-wife signed some papers for her. we can't get any information from anyone to what she signed. we want to get his son back but who can tell us if we have the legal right to do this. my boyfriend never signed anything for his grandmother. does he still have parental rights to his son?? help us find out how to get his son back.
