state: pennsylvania

my husband and i are on rocky terms, he doesn't work, i pay all the bill we have incurred together. i would like to know if i'm responsible to pay for the bills he is now incurring without my signature. he has bought a car and has open several credit card accounts. will i have to pay these off to keep my credit rating good, even if i divorce him? either way am i responsible?
