Wife Forged document and now i have to pay

Wife forged my name and is ruining my credit. What legal action can I take in NH? i don't want to sue or have her arested but I need to resolve a debt I incured by her forging a document agreeing o pay back a debt I don't owe. Now the court document says I agree to pay back an sum of money wich I had already cleared and they had no proof of the debt. My saw a letter saying they wanted to take me to court (wich was an old letter) so she contacted them and agreed to pay the debt i didn't owe. She signed a court document with my name and without me knowing it until i saw the letter. What can i do?

Since you are not interested in any legal action, then I suggest you hand over your credit cards and tell her to have a good time..
