wife moved to another state


What is the name of your state? georgia
my wife( not divorced) left with our 2 kids to Alabama 220 miles away. can she take our kids that far? went to alabama 2 weeks ago. she is seeing someone too. Wants Divorce? what should I do ? Iam confused?

DRIVING BACK AND FORTH IS NOT EASY, I WANT HER TO BE CLOSER TO ME SO I CAN SEE MY KIDS MORE. ISEEN MY KIDS ONCE IN LAST 2 WEEKS. CAN I LEGALLY GET HER TO BE IN THE SAME STATE (GEORGIA) AS I AM? WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS?
I WANT TO SEE MY KIDS MORE. WE ARE MARRIED FOR 7 YEARS.

You can file for divorce, custody and child support. Talk to an attorney regarding emergency temporary custody. If you wait too long, she will establish residency in Alabama and file there.
