wife won't let me in the house


What is the name of your state? i live in eastern pennsylvania. the question, i'm seperated 10months, there is personal property she will give me, but she won't let me in our house which is in both names. she also has a boyfriend who is staying there, and i feel since the house is in both names, and i don't want him in there, can i get my stuff and/or have him removed from the house?

I don't know how you might be able to get him out, but if you need your stuff out of the house, you can call the police and tell them what's up (separation, etc.), and you can tell them that you want him out and/or that you need your stuff out. Tell them you fear trouble if you go the house without an escort, and request their assistance. They should be able to tell you what you need to do on both accounts, and as far as the property -- it might be as simple as them going with you to "stand by" while you get your stuff out. If you DO fear trouble, don't go to that house without a police escort because if trouble does break out, you could possibly get charged with domestic violence.
