| | | wife's exhusband credit affecting us What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington MY wife's exhusband had bad credit. She agreed to co sign a loan during the divorce(9 years ago). He has not, and will not refinace the loan. His bad credit is affecting us. What are our options? |

She could also take him back to court for contempt IF the divorce court made him liable. Other than that this is not his fault any more than it is HER fault as she voluntarily co-signed the loan.
