| | | | wisconsin- my son came home from work, and found his wife left him taking the baby and most of their belongings. Now she calls tells him when he can see the baby and askes for money. He has a 3 hour drive one way to pick up baby and can only have her for 2 days. What are the fathers rights in Wis. with no divorce as of yet. And she is having another baby in Nov. Please help, a very sad grandmother. |

Please help, a very sad grandmother. | Even though they are married, he has virtually no rights until you file for divorce/legal seperation with requests for court ordered visitation or custody of the children.
