My Daughter ran away from her Dad's and came to my house and he had a Warrant taken out on me and I was put in jail.
It cost $300.00 to get out and another $200.00 for a lawyer.
I was accused of custodial interference and was found not guilty.I have 5 other children to support and really need that money back,Can I get it back?

i would think that the money spent on the lawyer is gone and no chance of getting it back.

but the money you posted as a bond should have been returned to you when you were found not guilty. or it seems it would be. i know there are lawyers out there - am i right??????

i would call the clerk of the court and ask. or why not call the lawyer that represented you and ask???

Here is something FUNNY!!!!!!!!!

Do you remember that first kiss? The way that your toes curled? Those dreamy eyes?
You just couldn’t stop thinking about them? Seemed like forever every time that you were apart?

That’s the same “jerk” and “SOB” that you are here whining about now!!!!!
