| My Daughter ran away from her Dad's and came to my house and he had a Warrant taken out on me and I was put in jail. It cost $300.00 to get out and another $200.00 for a lawyer. I was accused of custodial interference and was found not guilty.I have 5 other children to support and really need that money back,Can I get it back? |

| i would think that the money spent on the lawyer is gone and no chance of getting it back. but the money you posted as a bond should have been returned to you when you were found not guilty. or it seems it would be. i know there are lawyers out there - am i right?????? i would call the clerk of the court and ask. or why not call the lawyer that represented you and ask???
