My X-husband wants to take our son out of the country when he has him this summer but I do not want him too. The reason I don't want this is lately after he has him on his weekend visitation my son comes home telling me that his dad wants him to come and live with him when he is 12 in Equador. I have told my son that I would miss him too much and don't want him to go and his brothers would miss him. Now my son is telling me that his dad told him that he could make his own mind up..What do I do, I believe he is confussing our son he is too little to even be thinking about this. If he takes him out of the country this summer do I have any rights?
