x owes me

What is the name of your state? North Carolina

Was dating a girl and going to get married after her devorce was final, she was seperated and her devorce was going to be finally in janurary.

"soap opera"

We work together, and then we broke up, i have proof of what i had paid for, appartment, and her Truck, which is in my name.

She "cheated" on me with a co-worker, and who is also dating someone else, and he still to this day, denies going out all night with her.

Well the mall security cameras will show that they droped each other off and went in one car, and then she droped him off 12 hours later in the morning

I need to know what i have to do to get a copy of that video, or even a picture of the drop off and pickup, to prove that they did it, i went to the securtiy office and they said i needed a supena to look at the tapes, not sure if its true or not, but i need to know fast the only keep tapes on file for 30 days

thanks for the help

How do you believe that having the information will help you? She wasn't married to you and had no obligation for fidelity.

Since she cheated on her husband with you, is it really such a big surprize that she would cheat on you with someone else?

Any financial matters between the two of you are going to be purely civil matters.

cheat

she didnt cheat on him with me, we met after they seperated, waiting for the 1 year required for devorce finalizeation. The proof is more for the guys wife, the one that cheated on my girlfriend with, yes im sure im just trying to get even, but thats that.

jus having the picture would help me convence her that i know what she did and she needs to confess and pay up, so i dont have to be mean and just take the truck from here and have her evicted

If the truck is in YOUR name only, then just go take it back, she doesn't have any rights to it.
Then forget about her and what she did or didn't do and move on with your life.

You know, you have no proof that she cheated on you, therefore there is some slight chance that you could be wrong.

Do you really thinks its fair to bust up the guy's marriage based on evidence that flimsy? What if you are wrong? That would be a pretty rotten thing to do to his wife. Why not just leave them alone? Their lives aren't your business.

If the truck is in your name, and you have made the payments, then take it back, its your property. However, if she is the one who has made the payments....then work something out with her.
