What is the name of your state?Ohio
For the past 2 years I been receiving collection agency and credit card CO
phone calls .
My X wife of 20 yeas ago is using my phone number and address of her
husband's mother in my town. It's looks like their moving from state to state.
Do to the privacy act I cannot find a way to find and stop her. Iam worried that some how
she will wreck my credit
I am on disability and can not afford or want to change my phone numbe all the time.

if they just have your phone number the only thing you can really do is explain to them that they were given bad contact info.
if she is using your name on the accounts, you could definitely try to bring identity theft charges against her | |
