Hello all I am from Massachuetts and I was told that I have Avascular Necosis from taking Decadron. My question is being that I was on the medication in 2008 and was taking it as prescribed do I have a case ? I find out tommorrow if I will need a total hip replacement.

Senior Member
Avascular necrosis is a known potential side effect of this medication. You can't sue for that - the risk was known and assumed when you agreed to take the medicine.
