Can I sue hospital for causing C-Section?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon I had a baby 8 months ago. After 27 hours of labor the nurse mistakenly overdosed me on pitocin, the drug that causes contractions. I ended up having to have an emergency cesarian. Baby and I are both fine. Can I sue the hospital for this? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? |
