dental malpractice

I am from upstate n.y. I had asked a question about a release of liability form signed by me from my dentist about a year ago on this website. I now have a lawyer and I looking for barry1817, because he gave me hopeful advice. Barry1817 told me that if I wanted my lawyer to contact him he would give his advice as to what he told me. So please barry1817, contact me asap through this website, as I need your expert opion again. I finally got a lawyer to believe in me and I have come to far to lose him. When barry1817contacts me , I will refresh his memory as to what you advised me to do.

Yes , you are right that this is a old thread, as it took me one year to find a lawyer and that I evidently was going after the wrong dentist. I need to get in touch with barry1817.

I was told that I was not to give out private information on this website such as a way to contact me directly, or that my privilege to respond to questions would be terminated.

There is a thread that allows people to contact me directly, but I no longer will respond to any questions or answer any questions posed to me.

Seems like some people did not like me explaining that often information pertaining to a case should not be made public, because it can be used in legal cases, and the powers to be, and I must respect the site I am on, did not want me to directly deal with patients that had sensitive issues where the best way would have been to have the person's lawyer deal with an expert in the dental field with the protection of lawyer client confidentiality.
