Dentist using someone else's (stolen) pictures on the website

I'm not sure if this belongs to the Medical section, but just in case: can someone please read my post in Copyright section and advise if there's a case of misleading the clients or something like that. Thanks.

I agree with the advice you have already received. This is not a malpractice issue by the way.
