What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

My doctors reported it to the FDA. There are no class action suits yet as it is a fairly new drug. I would like to hire a lawyer but I need suggestions as to what questions I should ask them and what I should be aware of in choosing a lawyer. Thank you for your help.
Mere reporting is not a liability to the doctor. Society wants a reporting to bad results. It enhances knowledge and medical care to others.

As to if you have a suit would depend on many things that only an attorney with specialization in such matters can answer. It might depend on the label. It might depend on how it was used. It might depend on your condition and the risk that is acceptable. It does depend on what other like doctors would do.

Shop it around. It shouldn't cost anything. You don't need the questions, they will ask you. The more you know of the situation, the better.
