Second Surgery

Seems you are married to a wise woman.

And - why would you have a second surgery performed by him if you were unsatisfied w/the first?
I'm not going to let him do the second surgery. I've already hired a new doc. The new one isn't arrogant; which was 51 percent of the problem in the first place, I must admit.

What am I missing? I don't see anything that says you cannot make a complaint to the licensing agency, nor sue him, as long as you do not disclose the existence of the agreement.

So, surely there must be other terms mentioned in the agreement, right?
