Okay I know this is an OLD post but just wanted to add my 2 cents.
WOW I am going in 2 weeks for my final dye test to make sure my essure procedure worked. I researched and researched before deciding to go this route, but never found anything bad until the last month or so. Wonder if the essure company put a block on the bad stuff

~! However the few bad experiences vs the number of procedures done are still less than any other form of bc.
And I got a really cool card I get to carry around INCASE I *trigger metal dectors*

---so far nothing. My coworker has a metal rod in her lower leg and can't go anywhere without setting alarms off. I don't see where a teeny tiny piece of coil will make a difference compared to a femor rod?
Otherwide I am so looking forward to never having to worry about anything again!
