What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky

My mother in law died in august on a monday that friday before her death she had a EKG and some other test done on her heart and he never gave reuslts he told her he didnt think there was a thing wrong with her sent her home she died and now my husband and his father wants the results of the test and the office has done every thing to not give him the test results... How can they go about getting her files? Why have they done every thing to hide? im sorry if i asked in the wrong place... any help or points in the right direction is so thanked in advance!

Your father needs to request the test results IN WRITING from the place where they were done.
