Based on the total lack of facts you have provided in order for us to give anywhere NEAR an reasonably accurate answer...Yes. You may sue. But you won't win.

Of course you can sue, but it your burden to prove that the treatment was negligent, that the negligent treatment caused damages and that there is a financial component to the damages.

So in order to prove negligence you will have to pay to have another expert in the field review your records and be willing to go on the record that the care you got was negligent, and that there were damages because of that negligence.

The normal expert in this field may need several hours to review all ther records and at several hundreds of dollars for each hour that he needs. And after all the review and money he may tell you no case.

How much are you willing to spend to be told that no case exists then becomes the question.

Remember that just because a patient feels the result is wrong, doesn't make it malpractice.
