I dont know where to ask this sue walmart

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

I had my eye exam for contacts faxed to walmart to buy contacts. I previously called them asking how much a box of air optix aqua would be and the lady told me 50 dollars. I cam down to purchase them and she grabs a box of O2ptix and I told her that doesnt look like the sample box I got for the eye doctor. I was really questioning buy this box but she assured me it what the same box. she said loook O2 = air. SO I was like....okay.. and we finally get to the register and she rings them up for 49.99 and I look at the glass case of contacts and it says o2tix $24.99 I told her that the sign says 24.99 and she omg your right. so she goes back to change the order and sells me the box. I get home and look online for Air optix aqua and it is the wrong box like I thought. I have tried these nex one and i can barely keep them in for an entire day. I am very self conscience about wearing my glasses, plus their out of date. I wore the contact for 2 days and them my eyes got really red in the outer part of the color in my eye. a week later after wearing them I have a huge eye ache and headache from wearing them and I have slept til 3 today in pain from my eyes. can I sue walmart for selling me the wrong box of contacts?

What kind of damage did the doctor say you had when you visited him? Also, did you contact Walmart about the wrong product?

And when you asked Walmart about swapping out your contacts, what did they say?

Why would you continue to put a product that hurts you into your eye? That is a little like taking another bite of a sandwich to see if it makes you violently ill THIS time....

wwhen I tried contacts, I was told there would be an adjustment period since I am putting a foreign object in my eye. A lot would depend on what the doctor told the OP and what the OP understood the doctor to mean when they were told; some discomfort is normal, for a short time.

So, you thought it was the wrong box at the store, but you bought it anyway.

When you got home, you CONFIRMED that it was the wrong product, but you used it anyway.

The product caused you pain/swelling/redness which likely further confirmed for you that it was the wrong product, and you continued using it anyway.

And now you want to sue Walmart?
