MRSA/VRE reporting

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon
I am my disabled adult childs legal guradian. Why didn't Drs. notify me of her status. I am always present for tests or any medical. Drs. are using this information to determine treatment without my knowledge. I found it out by accident. I have caregiving staff in my home. No one even told me to change protocols.

Your post is very vague, so it is difficult to provide you with any information at this point. Please provide more details of her condition, what information was omitted, and what protocol was to be changed?

It is possible that somewhere in the caregiving, a primary caregiver has been established and the legal guardian bypassed. Clarification of roles and responsibilities needs to be addressed by the legal guardian with the physician(s) and all caregivers.
