Negligence @ V.A. resulting in death

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California. I wasn't sure how this site worked, so I wasn't prepared to type the whole case in right now. This is about my Uncle who died on 12/28/08 while an inpatient at a sub-acute care VA facility. I will get back to this page tomorrow and describe the events. I need to put it in "rough-draft" first, then type it here....sorry I wasn't prepared to go further...
