I've heard there are laws against promoting getting patient referrals by offering monetary compensation. However, if we were to give them a credit of a 30 minute massage if one of their referrals arrived to our office, are there any laws against this?

Perhaps you need to read and understand the laws that affect your industry? I'm not saying that be be sarcastic or snarky. You truly need to be aware of the rules and regulations that apply to your business.
