Record doctors visit without conscent

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nebraska

My doctors office and staff have violated my patients rights, exhibited unethical practices, made statements that were not true, lied, have behaved inappropriately and treated me anything but respectful. Whenever they have made an error, they insist it was my fault. When I asked them to check the records to verify some information, the office managers reply was "get out, we're done"

I managed, with great difficulty, to schedule an appointment to go over my records. Is it legal in the state of Nebraska to record my visit without their knowledge?

Thanks,What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Would it not be easier to simply obtain your records and go through them with a third party?

My thought, exactly. Why don't you just get copies of your record and find another Physician?
