Rehab nightmare

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I was at a treatment center in Florida (Delray Beach) with my stay ending in January of 08. There were several issues in this treatment but before I get into details, I am wondering if there is a timeframe that a claim must be filed and am I still able to pursue something on this legally...still recovering.

Since you decided to be vague, so will I.

Sure, why the heck not

there are specific statutes of limitations. If you are speaking of a medical problem, a call to your local bar assocation should be able to provide the time frame for a medical malpractice issue.

Usually the time runs from either time of treatment, or time discovered. Makes it very important that facts are correct and the statute is applied properly.

Or, they could just go to the link I posted which discusses FL statutes of limitation in detail.
