rights in changing hospital

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Hi can someone please advise on what rights i /my son who is 14 has in insisting on changing his cystic fibrosis centre. we are in uk. my son is also on cp but we have repeatedly requested that a particular consultant is removed from his care. [13 years ago i made a complaint against this consultant & we feel as an act of spite he is doing all he can to keep my son on cp] he is not my sons consultant & my son has repeatedly requested that this consultant is no longer involved our request has been denied . what are our rights in transferring to another cystic fibrosis trust recognised cf centre/hospital? thanks.

US law is not going to be remotely similar either since your government runs your healthcare system (for better or for worse)!
