What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

What's the Statue of Limitations for emotional distress?

I would think that emotional distress would be part of a lawsuit for damages, and you would need to ask the bar association specifically what the statute of limitations is.

Statute of limitations is a very specific issue, that must be addressed by lawyers versed in the details so that you don't lose your ability to file a claim, if warranted.
