| "You" didn't sue for negligence or malpractice, her estate did. "You" may or may not have sued for wrongful death, depending on the circumstances and Pennsylvania law.
At the very least, I suspect the negligence and malpractice amounts is in her estate. The wrongful death portion is more difficult. See an attorney and tax advisor if the amounts are great.
