miscarriage Sep 2015, no physical check at follow up miscarriage April 30, 2016 follow by mental blackout due to extensive post pardum depression. May 7th 2016 woke in las Vegas NM health and behavioral institute with no memory of how got there or why. was bleeding and told them about my miscarriage but never got medical treatment. upon release had follow up with taos women health institute and referred to lc fertility specialist. June 30th had annual exam. pain in stomach was dismissed with normal psp. visited doctor c's office in Albuquerque beginning of July and was told of possible septum. Sep 25 admitted to holy cross hospital ER yet again to undergo emergency surgery for ectopic pregnancy. left fallopian tube removed and had to undergo dc cause of pass tissue and membrane of older miscarriage never came out natrually. surgeon claims most likely no septum, but right fallopian tube is abnormal and may be diseased. lc office after initial visit and exam discovered my insurance was not accepted at office so unable to undergo further tests. I'm worried for my health and for the lives of others who are not being treated afficiantly like myself. if proper care of miscarriage was done would ectopic pregnancy still of happened? most likely unable to have children, possible invetro, but who can afford that. I am 29 years old. are there any legal actions I can take?

It is hard to say if the medical care following your miscarriage in September of 2015 or again after your miscarriage in April 2016 could have contributed to your ectopic pregnancy in September 2016 or the abnormal condition of your right fallopian tube.

You apparently sought care at several different facilities and it was provided by several different doctors, which can complicate matters.

I suggest you have a thorough physical exam by a reputable obstetrician/gynecologist in your area and have this doctor review your medical records. If the doctor believes that a failure by doctors to provide you with proper care after your miscarriages could potentially be responsible for the ectopic pregnancy and the condition of your right fallopian tube, you can consult with an attorney in your area for an additional review.
