| | wrong prescription What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? california  i received morphine from my pharmacist instead of oxicodone was on the rx for two in a half days, did contact pharmacy to inquire on meds was told they were the same rx, felt real good no pain, did way to much and have suffered this whole week do i have a case against them? |

Are you saying you took too much morphine and now want to go against the pharmacy? When you noticed you got the wrong medications did you take it back in and have them refill it with the correct one? |

Hard to believe that a pharmacist would say that both are the same.
Lawsuits need to show negligence, need to show harm from negligence and need to show a financial loss.
There are many instances of negligence being shown, but without harm or financial there is no case. |
