I just wanted to let you know that the member infamous-insane was banned ...twice!! she was baned for language and advising a member to commit perjury.
you had made some really nasty comments to me on a thread because i tried to warn an OP to take insanes "advice" with a grain of salt...
interestingly enough...insane was posting under KIMMAX and was acting nuts in the LL forum...You and she got into it on one of her threads...

go figure...

dude I lived in this apartment for over ten years with prompt payment every month Would that be a reason why the landlord wanted to make arrangements so fast. Come on but I really do not care anyways
