    Failed surgery

    Illinois. I had an attempted double jaw surgery where the anesthesiologist failed intubation. That means they were not able to go through with the surgery. Now the hospital and anesthesiologist are coming after me for 2500 dollars for the failed attempt. Am I liable for their failed attempt.
