What is the name of your state? INDIANA. Is a mobile home with a title considered personal property? If so, then it could be sold & the monies would go into the estate to be distributed to the heirs as was monies from the sale of the personal property.

Indiana - What is the length of time a person can contest a will in the state of Indiana?

INDIANA I know the lawyer receives a percentage of all the assests of an estate. Does the estate's lawyer receive the percentage on the value of property of an estate even though the property is not being sold but left to a family member?
