Why do you say the school district took the appropriate steps? Shouldn't he be given the right to defend himself? Are you saying that women can say anything and you can be issued a ticket and given a court date without the opportunity to defend yourself? That doesn't seem like innocent until proven guilty. That sounds like guilty until proven innocent.
