    Why is it that some replies just say "member" and are just plain text? Also, every word that is law or legal related is highlighted and is now a link. When and why did all that happen?

    No Signature on Registration

    What is the name of your state? PA My daughter got pulled over today for speeding. The trooper let her off, but gave her a citation for 105.50 for not having signed her registration. She has had the car for a little over a month, so I guess the "pink slip" temporary one doesnt count anymore...
